Utilising existing secondary information and in-depth expert interviews, a distribution network analysis was conducted. The SCOR model (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver) was used as an framework in analysing the information.

Detailed report on each named competitor company including detailed analysis of their supply chain. A summary report compared and analysed the companies against each-other and reflected also the client company’s own approach.
