Our customers are primarily large multinationals and smaller, growth-oriented companies operating in a wide variety of industries. In addition to serving more than 70 Partner customers on a continuous subscription basis, we have conducted projects for hundreds of companies worldwide.
Global Intelligence Alliance Group was founded in 1995 in response to large companies needing consultative support in developing systematic intelligence operations. This effort was and still is associated with the rapidly increasing globalization and the resulting demand of companies to explore new market areas and business models. Information to support strategic planning and operative activities is plentiful, but organizations struggle with the challenge of continuously directing the right information to the right people at the right time.
The strength of Global Intelligence Alliance Group has always been in the thorough understanding of how market information is being used in decision-making, and what practical implications this will have on an optimal intelligence process design. A well-designed intelligence process integrates relevant content, appropriate IT tools, and a human network into a smooth operation that decision-makers can leverage for sustainable competitive success.
Global Intelligence Alliance Group has four distinct competence areas that respond to the requirements in developing world-class intelligence processes.
