GIA End User Survey: Systematic Market Monitoring Saves 1,000+ Hours of Decision-Makers’ Time Every Month

Global Intelligence Alliance Group announces the results of a recent customer satisfaction survey. The GIA asked end users in 25 customer companies for feedback regarding the GIA’s Intelligence Desk™ solution for continuous market monitoring. A total of 910 users responded to the survey, and an average user reported 6 hours’ time savings per month through receiving relevant business information as “push” to their desktop. Within a typical corporate user base of 300 decision-makers, this sums up to 1,800 working hours saved every month.

Additional valued aspects in the service were ease of use, highly relevant content, and an illustrative presentation of facts.

As part of its quality management system, the GIA will continue conducting user satisfaction surveys on a regular basis in order to effectively respond to customers’ evolving Market Intelligence needs.
